Design + Installation

Starting at $12,000

Includes:

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Mood Board Phase:

  • Initial consultation to understand your vision and priorities

  • Mood board concepts with up to 3 revisions to establish aesthetic direction

  • Venue site visit to determine the best use of space, meet your venue managers, take measurements, and envision your wedding design in person

Design Development Phase (upon mood board approval):

  • Complete design lookbook including:

    • Full color palette and material selections

    • Detailed specifications for florals, rentals, linens, place settings, signage, and ceremony design

    • Vendor sourcing recommendations

    • Floor plans and layout design

  • In-person design mock-up appointment at recommended rental company to review linens, place settings, furniture, glassware, and decor

  • Rental order placement and management

  • Final design review with one round of minor refinements

PRE-WEDDING COORDINATION

6-8 Weeks Before Wedding:

  • Coordination meeting with your planner/coordinator to review:

    • Installation timeline and vendor arrival schedule

    • Design specifications and styling priorities

    • Day-of logistics and special considerations

2 Weeks Before Wedding:

  • Final rental order review (once final guest count is confirmed)

INSTALLATION DAY OVERSIGHT

  • On-site presence during vendor setup (up to 6 hours)

  • Creative direction to ensure vendors execute the design vision

  • Quality control and styling adjustments

  • Final walk-through and detail refinement

  • Departure before ceremony begins

  • Digital design presentation (lookbook) for you and your vendors

  • Itemized specification sheets for all vendors

  • Shopping links and vendor recommendations

  • Installation timeline and vendor coordination guide

  • Floor plans for your planner, venue, rental company, and catering team

MEETINGS & COLLABORATION

Phase 1: Design Development

  • Initial consultation (virtual, 60 min)

  • Mood board presentation and review (virtual, 60 min)

  • Additional mood board review if revisions needed (virtual, 30 min)

  • Venue Site Visit (in-person, up to 2 hours)

Phase 2: Design Refinement

  • In-person design mock-up at rental showroom (up to 2 hours)

  • Vendor collaboration meetings as needed (florist, stationer; virtual, 60 min)

  • Final design presentation (virtual, 60 min)

Phase 3: Pre-Wedding Coordination

  • Intro call with your planner (virtual, 45 min, 3 months before wedding day)

  • Coordination review meeting with your planner (virtual, 60 min, 4-6 weeks before wedding day)

  • Final rental review (email or brief call, 2 weeks before)

Phase 4: Installation Day

  • On-site oversight during vendor setup (up to 6 hours)

Between meetings, you'll have email access for questions and updates. Additional meetings beyond those listed can be scheduled if needed at the hourly rate outlined in your contract.

Day-of Coordination: Available as an add-on through my trusted coordinator partners. I focus on design vision and installation oversight; your coordinator handles timeline management, vendor communication, and day-of logistics.
